Lido costs $29 a month for the Standard plan, which includes 100 pages a month and one user. The next published plan is Scale at $7,000 a year for 42,000 pages and up to 10 users, and Enterprise starts at $35,000 a year on the pricing card ($30,000 in the FAQ on the same page). There is no per page overage, so going past 100 pages a month means moving up a plan.

That is the whole ladder, and the jump in the middle is the part most buyers miss. Below is what each plan includes, what a page actually costs on each one, where the old figures on review sites come from, and when a flat priced receipt and invoice tool is the cheaper way to get the same spreadsheet.

How much does Lido cost per page?

On Standard, a page costs $0.29 if you use all 100. On Scale, $7,000 divided by 42,000 pages is about $0.167 a page, or roughly $583 a month spread over the year. Those are the two numbers to compare against any other tool, because Lido counts pages, not documents, so a three page invoice uses three credits.

Lido also lets you reset and re-run a file within 24 hours of upload without using more credits, which matters while you are tuning column instructions for a new document type. After 24 hours, a re-run counts again.

The gap between $29 and $7,000

This is the real pricing decision. Standard stops at 100 pages a month and Lido says it does not bill per page, so there is no overage to absorb a busy month. The next public step is Scale at $7,000 a year, paid annually, which is 20 times the yearly cost of Standard ($348). Lido's help center adds that teams processing more than about 1,000 pages a month should contact sales for volume pricing, which tells you the in between range is handled by quote rather than by a plan you can click.

Monthly volumeLido plan that fitsLido cost per yearLido cost per page
80 pagesStandard$348$0.36
100 pagesStandard$348$0.29
500 pagesScale (Standard is too small)$7,000$1.17
1,500 pagesScale$7,000$0.39
3,500 pagesScale$7,000$0.167

Our arithmetic from the published plans. The 500 page row is the uncomfortable one: a small bookkeeping practice or AP desk that outgrows 100 pages pays for 42,000 pages a year to use 6,000.

Does Lido have a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 50 free pages with no credit card, and Lido says those pages do not expire. You get the same extraction features as Standard, so it is a fair test on your own files. On cancellation, paid features run to the end of the billing period and the account drops back to the free tier with your workspace intact. Lido's help center, updated in August 2026, says plans are non-refundable outside Enterprise contracts, so test on the free pages before you pay for a year of Scale.

Why review sites show different Lido prices

If you searched for Lido pricing and found a $36 starting price or a Business plan billed yearly, you were reading an older ladder that some software directories still display. None of those plans appear on Lido's own page today. One pricing tracker we checked filed its "Lido" page under the Lido crypto staking protocol, a different company entirely. For a document extraction budget, use the vendor page and the per page math above, and recheck before you sign, because Lido's own card and FAQ already disagree on the Enterprise floor.

What Lido does well

Lido is a capable general extractor. It handles many document types beyond receipts and invoices, including bank statements, purchase orders and bills of lading, and lets you describe columns in plain language instead of drawing templates. The Scale plan bundles API access and an email parser, it is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant, and Enterprise customers can sign a BAA. If you need a healthcare BAA or custom ERP integration with a named account manager, Lido Enterprise is a stronger fit than a self serve tool. If your incoming paperwork is mostly purchase orders that need approvals and supplier tracking, extraction is only half the job, and procurement software covers the ordering side.

Lido vs ReceiptOCR pricing

For receipts and vendor invoices going to Excel, CSV or QuickBooks, the comparison is mostly about volume between 100 and 40,000 pages a year, where Lido has no self serve plan.

Prices read from both pricing pages in October 2026. At 100 pages a month Lido Standard is cheaper. From a few hundred pages a month up, a $49 or $149 plan covers what would otherwise need the $7,000 Scale plan. Lido wins on breadth of document types and on compliance paperwork for regulated industries; we win on price per page for receipt and invoice work and on not having a cliff between plans.

Which plan fits your volume?

  • Under 100 pages a month, one person: Lido Standard at $29 is hard to beat. Our Starter plan costs more but leaves room to grow 25 times.
  • 300 to 2,500 pages a month: this is where Lido has no self serve plan. Starter at $49 covers it, and the bulk upload of 50 files handles month end piles.
  • A team sharing one queue: Plus at $149 gives everyone one archive, which also lets the duplicate invoice checker compare copies uploaded by different people.
  • Developers building on an API: compare Lido Scale with Pro and with the pure API vendors on our OCR API pricing page.
  • Healthcare or a signed BAA: choose Lido Enterprise or another vendor that signs one.

Lido alternatives worth pricing

If you are pricing general document parsers, Parseur's per page ladder runs from $49 a month for 100 pages with a jump to multiuser plans, and Docparser starts at $39 a month for 100 credits where one credit covers a document up to 5 pages. Both are template or rule driven tools that suit email parsing. For receipts and invoices into a spreadsheet, the invoice processing software page shows the full ReceiptOCR workflow from upload to QuickBooks.

Is Lido worth it?

Lido is worth it at both ends of its ladder: a solo user under 100 pages a month on Standard, and a large or regulated team that needs Scale features, an ERP integration or a BAA. In the middle, a 500 or 2,000 page a month receipt and invoice workload pays for capacity it does not use. Try both on the same ten files, compare the columns you get back, and divide the plan price by the pages you really process.
